Just like any other industries, we are experiencing shift from the B2B model to the D2C model. Many brands are moving away from retailers and distributors and building their own sales channels and communication channels.

海外から日本に進出しようとしている打楽器メーカーはたくさんありますが、海外事業部を作るのには莫大な金銭的、時間的コストがかかります。また、日本の卸売・販売店に任せるとき、広報・販路確保・サポート業務などが丸投げになり、時に日本事業の一人走りが始まってしまうことがあります。中間コストの問題も、ミュージシャンの立場からすると非常に困ります。

それらの問題を解決しようと、MS音楽事務所は立ち上げられました。日本のミュージシャンに海外の素晴らしい楽器をできる限り現地価格に近い価格で提供し、メーカーの経営戦略を国内で実現することが私たちの理念です。

自社販売店、在庫はあえて持たず、海外からの販売を補助するという形をとっています。ウェブサイト・SNS・訪問営業による広報ならびに販路の拡大、国内におけるエンドースメントアーティスト・販売店の選定、国内における修理等のアフターケアなどが主な業務です。海外メーカーが海外事業部を外注していると考えるとわかりやすいと思います。
